What visitors say
On Reddit, Mumbai parents split: children love the parade and photos with Santa and families say they had fun, while others found it small and crowded for the ticket price, with games around ₹150 each and pricey tea and snacks. Several say it is noticeably calmer before 5pm. Google reviewers of Jio World Drive praise the mall's Christmas décor as among the best in the city.
Worth it with young children who will love the parade and Santa; adults on their own may find it overpriced.

People love the lights, the big tree and the festive mood on the promenade, and it's free. But almost everyone warns about crowds between Christmas and New Year: long waits, slow traffic on Carter Road, chaotic parking and no washrooms. Several suggest arriving around 6–7pm for photos and taking a shared auto or bus from Bandra station instead of driving.
