Old-money Dallas at its most festive: grand houses in the Park Cities, lit up street by street. Beverly Drive is the street everyone comes for. It's free and relaxed to drive slowly, or you can book a carriage or bus tour and let someone else do the steering.

Getting there and getting in
- Most people start at Armstrong Parkway and Preston Road and wind out from there.
- If you'd rather not drive it yourself, horse-drawn carriage and bus tours run through the neighborhood.

- It's a residential neighborhood: drive slowly, don't stop in the lanes, and keep off lawns if you get out to walk.
- Weeknights before mid-December are the calmest; the weekend before Christmas backs up.
