Christmas wish list you can send as a link
Write the list once, post one link in the family chat, and stop answering “what does she want?” all December. Relatives tap what they'll bring, so nobody buys the same gift twice.
1 · Write the list
Nothing you type here is sent to us. The list lives only inside the link, so anyone who has the link can read it, including the names on it. Share it only in chats you trust. No photos are uploaded.
2 · Get the link
How it works
Step 1
Write the list
Add up to 30 gifts. A link to the exact item and a size or price note help grandparents get it right.
Step 2
Post the link
Send it to the family chat by text or WhatsApp. Nobody has to make an account or give an email address.
Step 3
Relatives claim, you re-post
Each person taps what they'll bring and gets a new link with that gift marked taken. They post it back in the same chat.
For grandparents and aunts
- Open the newest link in the chat, not an old one. That is the one that shows what is already taken.
- Type your name in the box, tap “I'll bring this” on one gift, then post the new link back in the same chat straight away.
- If your plans change, tap “Not me after all” and post that link too, so someone else can take it.
- The link next to a gift opens the shop in a new tab. Check the size or colour note before you order.
Print it
The print button makes a clean sheet with a checkbox beside every gift. Fold it into the letter to Santa, stick it on the fridge, or hand it to a relative who doesn't use the chat.
Write the letter to Santa →Questions about the wish list
- Do I need an account or an email address?
- No. The list is written into the link itself. Nothing you type is sent to our servers, and there is nothing to log in to.
- How do relatives avoid buying the same gift?
- When someone taps “I'll bring this”, the page makes a new link with that gift crossed off. They post that link in the family chat. Everyone should open the newest link in the chat before choosing.
- Why doesn't the list update on its own?
- Because there is no server and no account, which is also why your child's list stays private. The cost is that changes only travel when someone posts the new link. The newest link in the chat is the truth.
- Who can see the list?
- Anyone who has the link, including the names on it. Share it only in chats you trust. If a link gets passed on, make a new list.
- Can I print it?
- Yes. The print button gives a clean sheet with a checkbox beside every gift. It works well tucked into the letter to Santa.
- Can I add photos?
- No. Photos would need a server. Paste a link to the item instead; it opens in a new tab on the shop's own site.
